Shipping

As the garments are made-to-order by Róisín, custom to your size, please allow up to 3 weeks for garments to be dispatched.          

Accessories take 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.

Returns

Limiting the impact we have on the environment, in particular our waste, is important to us. Please be mindful of this when you are ordering your garment, as each piece is made-to-order to limit our environmental footprint. If your item is not suitable, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Garments returned must be in perfect condition, not worn or damaged. Original clothing tags must be still attached. Returned garments must be free from make-up or any other stains.

We reserve the right to not accept items that are returned, if they are not in their original condition.

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
